How Do I Get My Body In Shape?

“I am in love with the shape of you..” As a lady I can easily say how important is to stay in shape. If your body is in perfect proportion than you will be more confident and can be more focus towards your goal.
Looks generaly doesn’t matter. What matters is how you feel about yourself. If you feel good you will give good, you will do good.
Tall, confident and smart look is everyone’s desire. Everyone wants to keep their body in perfect proportion. To achieve this one must have to change their lifestyle.
By adapting some good habits one can stay in shape. Wake-up with sun. Give yourself 10minutes meditation, 30min regular workout. Keep changing your workout format on regular base like one day outdoor session one day indoor, one day Cardio and one day strength training. This will helps to continue your workout without getting bored. Have a proper breakfast lunch snacks and dinner. Divide your meal in small groups. This will help to increase your metabolism. Avoid junks, I know it’s difficult to avoid it completely but give your self cheat day after every 10 days of workout. This will help to avoid unnecessary trans fat. Drink more water. 2–2.5 litter water/day. This will give purification to your system. It will keep your gut, kidneys and skin healthy. Add some fruits and nuts in your one meal. Fibers and vitamins are most essential part of your body. To give young and energetic feeling one must have to add this in their diet.
Inspite of stay in shape one have to be aware about what they are doing, what they are eating, Exercising or not. Awareness is important. If you are aware for yourself than you can achieve your goal easily.
