Best diet is “ Eat local think global.” Eat whatever grows around you. If you are south Indian go with all rasam idli rice. If you are Punjabi go with all your aloo parathas and paneer. If you are Gujarati give big welcome to your full thali.
Dieting is all about maintenance. Eat everything but in very balance amount. Never give space to all those preserve food and junks. This all are trans fat which will directly work with your body glycogen. It will increase high glycemic index which responsible for obesity and type 2 diabetes.
If you want to have those cheese pizza or chocolate cake than eat as your one morning meal. Morning is best time for digestion. Triglyceride are always high in morning and in morning we need more energy for whole day to pass. If you are taking 3–4 puris or one samosa kachori wafers once in a 15days than its completely ok. Always see the quantity and time you are eating. If you have sweet tooth eat all your gulab-jamuns and jalebi before your meal in morning. ( As I previously say see your quantity and time you are eating )
There is says “Breakfast like king and dinner like beggar.” So keep it in mind.

And one can’t go for weight reduction without choosing good workout option.
