What If We Squats Regularly?

Squat is a lower body workout. The best way to perform squat is to stand with wide leg to match your shoulders. With straight arms go to 90° of knee ( sitting in chair posture) and again stand tall . One must remember your knees and toes should be on parallel line while performing squats otherwise you will damage your knees.
There are different kind of squats: Normal squat, Sumo squat, Targeted Squat, Jump and squat, Squat with kick, Squat hold, Wall Squat, Body Squat,Ball Squat and Chair squat.

All kind of squats are beneficial to lower body muscles which includes group of Quadriceps, Group of Glutes, Hamstrings and your calf muscles.

Squats are helpful to reduce fat of your thighs and hip. By regular squat with minimum 3set of 10 repetition one can tone up your lower body. Squat are very essential workout of any sports person or gym enthusiastic.
